It is with great delight and excitement that I welcome you to this local assembly of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, otherwise known as Winners’ Chapel. Our global membership is referred to as the Winners’ family.
Your coming to this assembly to worship is neither by chance nor accidental. God by His grace brought you here to bless and perfect all that concerns you with speed. John 6:44, 2Sam 7:10, Psa 65:2.
We are committed under God to your all-round well-being and would be delighted to have you worship God with us on regular basis as you make this place your spiritual home.
From today, winning becomes your identity as barriers will no longer be a concern in any step you wish to take in life.
It is expedient for me to intimate you here with these facts; the Living Faith Church
worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel is a product of a heavenly mandate and commission delivered to Bishop David O. Oyedepo in an 18 hours visionary encounter on May 1-2, 1981.
“…Now the hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the Word of Faith and I am sending you to undertake this task”.
The Commission, as we often refer to the Ministry, is one of God’s appointed places of worship on the earth where testimonies of changed lives is our core strength. We have a network of over 5,000 ever growing churches spread across Nigeria alone, over 600 Churches in Africa and several others in all the continents of the world.
The International Headquarters is located in canaanland, Ota a suburb of Lagos that accommodates among other edifices, the 50,000 seater Faith Tabernacle, reputed to be the largest single Church Auditorium in the world and runs five power packed services every Sunday morning.
The teachings of the Church has been categorized into what we refer to as the 12 pillars of the commission (Faith, The word, Prayers, Consecration, Prosperity, Vision, Wisdom, Success, Signs and Wonders, The Holy Spirit, Divine Healing and Praise) which forms the basis of the prophetic focus of each month of the year.
The detailed summary of the ministry is documented in our operational manual called “The Mandate” which documents who we are, what we believe, the vision, what we do, code of conduct for our operations and operators.
Remain ever blessed of the Lord.
